1. Scope and Applicability of the Agreement

5. Account Suspension and Closure
223bd may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of the Terms.
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Bonus abuse.
- Extended period of inactivity.

6. Approved Payment Methods
223bd currently processes transactions through popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. The approved methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. No payment methods other than these three are currently supported.
7. Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. No transactions below these limits will be processed.
Withdrawal Timeframe: Approved withdrawal requests are generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
8. Deposit Rules
- Transactions must be made from the mobile number registered on the deposit account.
- Deposits from third-party mobile numbers or accounts are not permitted.
- 223bd bears no responsibility if a deposit is made to the wrong amount or account.
- If an unusual transaction is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended for verification.
9. Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals can only be made to a registered mobile banking account.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is not completed.
- Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn unless the related wagering requirement has been met.
- If fraud is suspected, a withdrawal request may be temporarily held.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
10. Welcome Bonus
223bd offers new members a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions apply to receive the bonus:
- The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
- The bonus is activated with a minimum deposit of ৳200.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, for a total of ৳2,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳32,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, for a total of ৳47,000.
Wagering Requirement: 15x — on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = total ৳15,000 in bets required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
11. General Rules for Bonus Use
- Bonuses can only be used on games designated by 223bd.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
- Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash.
- It is not possible to withdraw a bonus before the wagering requirement is met.
- If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
- 223bd reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
The general bonus rules above also apply to all ongoing promotions and special offers.
VIP Program & Cashback Terms
12. VIP Levels
By playing regularly on 223bd, you can advance through the VIP program. There are five levels in total, and weekly cashback is provided at each level:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 223bd platform:
- Any form of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Bonus abuse through bots, automated software, or artificial activity.

- Fraudulent collusion with other users.
14. Consequences and Remedies
If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, 223bd may take the following actions:
- Temporarily or permanently closing the account.
- Forfeiting all bonuses and associated winnings in the account.
- Reporting the matter to the relevant authorities.
- Freezing the balance and conducting an investigation.
